Bethel Hills is a faith-based community of apartment homes in a safe, secure, setting - specifically designed for the needs and aspirations of individuals with and without developmental disabilities ages 21 and up.

Today, we are home to 24 adults, with more than 300 guests visiting for daily activities and events. Due to the overwhelming need for safe, affordable, independent living environments, we are currently in the design phase to build a new villa unit (villa #6), that will provide an additional nine apartment homes.  

Because of our partners, adults with I/DD find long- term, stable housing while developing independent living skills here at Bethel Hills.

The ongoing need is great. While individuals with I/DD have the right to choose where they want to live – there are limited options in the marketplace. Many need to try multiple options in order to discover where they feel the most satisfaction. With the input of families and individuals with I/DD, and supportive housing experts, residents choose Bethel Hills because they believe our community could be a great home.

Bethel Hills Community is the embodiment of our vision for a faith-based community where individuals with and without developmental disabilities live life to the fullest together. We are blessed to be a part of this growing reality just minutes from Washington, Missouri.
